1. How We Process Orders
Once you place your order, we get right to work. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days ( Monday to Friday). Processing means we are verifying your order, packing it carefully, and getting it ready for shipping.
If you place an order over the weekend or during a holiday, we will start processing it on the next business day.Kindly note,order processing is separate from shipping time. Shipping time depends on the carrier and method you select at checkout.
2. Shipping Carriers We Trust
We work with reputable carriers to get your order to you safely and on time. These include:

- Regional freight carriers (for engines, transmissions, and other large items)
For heavier or bulkier parts, we use freight companies that specialize in safely transporting auto parts across the country.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer a few different shipping options, depending on what you order and where you live:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Usually takes 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days
- Freight Shipping (for engines, transmissions, etc.): Usually takes 5–10 business days
- Local Pickup (in select areas)
Delivery estimates start after we process your order. Shipping times vary depending on your location, weather, or delays with the shipping provider. We always try to do our level best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
4. Shipping Heavy & Oversized Parts
For large items like used engines or transmissions, we use freight shipping. These shipments require a bit more coordination and are usually delivered curbside (that means the driver brings it to your driveway, but not inside your garage or shop).
Here’s what to expect with freight shipping:
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window
- Liftgate service is available
- You will get tracking info from the freight carrier
- Please inspect the item on delivery
Important: We don’t ship freight items to PO boxes.
5. Costs of shipping
At checkout, you can see how much shipping will cost based on where you live, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method you pick. There are no secret fees when you check out. You only pay what you see.
We offer free shipping in the 48 continental states, whereas, fees of $150 is applicable in the states of Alaska and Hawaii.
6. Where We Ship
Right now, we ship free of cost across the continental United States (that’s all 48 states. Whereas, charges of $ 150 are applicable for Alaska and Hawaii.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email along with tracking information. You can click the link to see real time updates on your delivery.
If you don’t receive an email from us within 2 business days of ordering, Kindly check your spam folder or just contact us and we will resend it.
8. Delivery Issues & Delays
Delay frustrations are well known. Although we do all we can to keep things running smoothly, occasionally events like extreme weather or carrier delays cause slow down. If there is ever a delay with your shipment, we will keep you in the loop.
Before ordering, kindly double review your shipping information. Delays brought on by inaccurate addresses or missing delivery efforts will not be our responsibility.9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged or doesn’t show up at all, let us know right away.
If your package is damaged:
- Take clear photos of the box and the item
- Keep all packaging materials
- Email us at info@beelinesautomotive.com within 48 hours of delivery
If your shipment goes missing in transit, we will make sure to locate it and update you regarding the same.
10. Local Pickup
In some areas, we offer the option to pick up your order locally. If this is available for your item, you will see the option at checkout or receive a call after you order.Moreover we will give you the exact pickup location and let you know when your order is ready. Just bring a valid ID and a copy of your order confirmation when you come by.
