Refund and Returns Policy
At Beelines, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every transaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning used auto parts and requesting refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The auto part received is defective or significantly different from the description provided.
- The auto part was damaged during shipping.
- Returns are requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Auto Parts sold “as-is” or marked as non-returnable in the listing.
- Auto Parts damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
- Items that have been modified, disassembled, or tampered with after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact Us: Notify us at info@beelinesautomotive.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos or documentation.
Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the auto part back.
Shipping: Ship the auto part in its original packaging or equivalent. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following terms:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- If the return is due to customer error, a restocking fee of 25% may apply.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective auto part:
- Report the issue within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage and the packaging for insurance and resolution purposes.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be easily cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
- Orders cancelled after 12 hours will have to bear 25% as Restocking Fees.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase if you receive a damaged product, provided the buyer provides photographic or video evidence of the damaged product within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
- Request an exchange by raising a ticket on info@beelinesautomotive.com within 5 days of receiving the shipment, if the product ordered is different from the product delivered.
- Exchanges are valid even if the buyer has mistakenly placed order for the wrong product over the website. The buyer has to just bear the shipping charges and 25% restocking fees.
Warranty Policy
At Beelines, we are committed to providing reliable used auto parts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of coverage for the engines purchased through our platform.
1. Warranty Coverage
Beelines promises 90 days warranty for its engines and transmissions against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers 100% replacement of the engine and transmission under the following scenarios:
- Defective Product upon Arrival: If the engine/transmission is received in a defective or non-functional state, then the buyer must notify Beelines within 5 days of delivery and provide photographic or video evidence of defect.
- Product Failure within 90 Days: If the engine/transmission ceases to function within 90 days, then the buyer must provide a diagnostic report from an ASE Certifies Mechanic clearly stating the cause of the failure.
Fitment Warranty is valid for auto body parts.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Wear-and-tear parts such as belts, hoses, gaskets, or filters.
- Auto Parts that have been altered, modified, or tampered with.
- Commercial or racing use beyond standard vehicle operations.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To file a claim:
- Contact Us: Notify us at info@ beelinesautomotive.com within 7 days of discovering the issue.
- Provide Documentation: Include your order details, proof of purchase, and photos or a mechanic’s report describing the problem.
- Inspection: Auto Parts must be inspected by a certified mechanic. We may request a report or additional details.
If approved, we will repair/replace the auto part or refund at our discretion.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Proper installation by a licensed mechanic is required to maintain warranty coverage.
- Regular maintenance and use according to manufacturer guidelines must be followed.
- Shipping costs for returning or replacing the auto part would be the buyer’s responsibility unless the defect is verified.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund.
- We are not responsible for labor costs, towing, or additional damages caused by any type of failure.
