Engine – Covered Internal Components

(Applies from Day 1 up to 90 days, based on warranty plan)

Warranty coverage is strictly limited to internal mechanical failure of:

Coverage applies only if failure is internal, sudden, and catastrophic.

Engine- Not Covered Components (All Plans)

• Head Gaskets
• All Gaskets & Seals
• Sensors, Wiring, ECU, Modules
• Fuel System Components
• Cooling System Components
• Turbo / Supercharger
• Intake & Exhaust Manifolds
• Accessories (Alternator, Starter, AC, etc.)
• Belts, Hoses, Filters, Fluids
• Any external or bolt-on part

Engine Warranty Void If Any Of The Following Occurs

Warranty is immediately void if failure is linked to:

• Overheating or coolant loss
• Oil starvation, low oil, or contaminated oil
• Incorrect oil grade or missed oil changes
• Oil change interval exceeds 5,000 miles or 6 months
• Improper installation or incorrect vehicle application
• Unauthorized teardown, repair, or modification
• Use for racing, towing, or commercial abuse
• Negligence, misuse, or continued operation after warning signs
• Missing, altered, or unverifiable documentation

Engine Claim Documents Required (Mandatory)

• Original sales invoice
• Warranty plan confirmation
• Professional installation receipt
• Vehicle VIN & mileage at installation
• Oil change records with date & mileage
• Diagnostic report (if requested)

Failure to provide any document = automatic claim rejection

TRANSMISSION WARRANTY

Transmission – Covered Internal Components

Warranty coverage applies only to internal mechanical failure of:

Transmission – Not Covered Components (All Plans)

• Seals & Gaskets
• Sensors, Solenoids, Wiring
• Control Modules (TCM / ECU)
• Clutch Disc, Pressure Plate, Flywheel
• Shifter Assembly & Linkage
• Mounts, Axles, CV Shafts
• Fluids, Filters, Coolers

Transmission Warranty Void If Any Of The Following Occurs

Warranty is null and void if failure is caused by:

• Low, incorrect, or contaminated transmission fluid
• Failure to flush cooler lines before installation
• Overheating or improper fluid level
• Incorrect programming or calibration
• Improper installation or vehicle mismatch
• Unauthorized repair or disassembly
• Abuse, towing, racing, or misuse
• Continued operation after slipping or warning signs
• Missing maintenance or service records

Transmission Claim Documents Required

• Original invoice
• Warranty plan proof
• Installation receipt
• Vehicle VIN & mileage at installation
• Fluid service records
• Diagnostic report (if required)

Mileage & Fluid Compliance (Critical)

Final Legal Position (Customer-Facing)

Beelines Automotive provides a limited internal component warranty only.

This warranty does not cover the complete unit, labor, fluids, or external components.

Coverage applies solely to internal catastrophic failure, subject to full compliance verification.
