Return/ Replacement Policy

Keeping the same in mind we have designed our return and replacement policy. Hence, below we have specified the detailed information on how to initiate return, what you can expect from our end along with the circumstances that makes you eligible for this policy of returning.
 
Therefore, we have made the process as smooth and hassle free as possible. No matter what the reason is that you decided to return your purchase. Our team will address all your concerns and will function to come up with the best solution.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible to initiate the  return, the item must fulfill the following conditions: The item should not be modified, installed or damaged in any way. Means it should be unused, resalable and in original condition. Whereas, in case of packaging all original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and hardware, must be included with the return. The time frame to initiate the return is within 30 days of receiving the item. As, this not only allows you to inspect the product thoroughly but also helps you to decide, whether it will suffice your needs or not?

It is advisable that customers should carefully inspect their orders upon arrival to ensure that all items are upto the mark and in proper condition. Whereas, in case If any issue is detected, then, it must be reported immediately to qualify for a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature or condition. These include:

All the installed or modified parts after purchase can not be replaced or refunded. In case it was a special order or customized, then in that case also it cannot be refunded. Apart from this, items that have been disassembled, broken, or improperly handled. Henceforth, kindly review the product details before making a purchase to avoid ordering non-returnable items.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, make sure to follow these steps:

  • Contact Us- Contact our customer service team via email or call. It is advisable to have a strong and justifiable reason ready while initiating the process of return
  • Return Authorization- We will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from our end. This number  must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.
  • Shipping- The items that you want to return must be shipped back to us in their original carton. Moreover, we recommend ensuring the shipment for the full purchase price to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  • Tracking Information- Kindly make sure to provide us with the tracking number once the return is shipped.

Important Notes:

  • It is strongly recommended to use tracking shipping service for return as it will help to avoid lost packages
  •  Returns that are not according to the eligibility criteria, will not be accepted, rather it will be sent back at customer’s expense.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Important information that is needed to know is that processing time of refund is typically 5-10 Business days. The refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Whereas, If the return is due to an error on our part only then original shipping cost will be refunded. In case you have not received your refund within the specified time, in that case please contact your payment provider as processing time may vary as per the situation.

Replacement Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect auto part from our end, we will be happy to replace it . you can get it replaced by Contacting us, so kindly reach out to our customer service team as described above. Once we receive the request from your end we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. The moment we receive the defective or incorrect item back. To keep the process more convenient, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item. In case,  the part you need as replacement  is unavailable with us. Then in that case we will offer a full refund or store credit for future purchases. Our goal is clear  to resolve such issues as soon as we can. 

Shipping Responsibility

 If an incorrect or defective item is received, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement. Whereas, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs but not in the case of any type of  error or defect, if shipped from our end. Kindly note that we are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. So, it is advisable to  use a trackable shipping method.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel the order placed from your end. Then in that case  kindly contact us as soon as you can. As the order can only  be cancelled before they are shipped, whereas cancellation after the order is placed, is not possible. So, in that case you have to follow the return policy.

Damaged Items

In case you have received an item that is damaged, then contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. So, we will guide you through the whole process of returning the item for replacement or refund.
